Odin Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply to the Odin app. Odin is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement applies. By using Odin you agree to both.
What Odin is
Odin is a study planner. It suggests when and what to study. It's a tool to help you, not a guarantee of any grade or result, and you stay responsible for your own work, deadlines and school's rules.
Subscriptions
- Odin Pro, Pro+ and Max are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed by Apple to your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Each plan includes a fair amount of AI use each month. If you reach it, AI features pause until the next month and the rest of Odin keeps working.
AI features
AI features (by Claude, from Anthropic) can make mistakes. Check important dates, answers and plans yourself. Don't use Odin to submit work that isn't your own or to break your school's academic integrity rules.
School sync
School sync lets you open your own school website in Odin and have Odin read it. Only use it with your own account, and only where your school allows it. You sign in yourself; Odin only reads and never submits or changes anything. Some schools or sites may not work, and they may change at any time.
Your data
How Odin handles your data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new date. Questions: odinplanner.app@gmail.com.
